What is your RETURN POLICY?

All returned items must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) assigned to them. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service Department and we will send you the form requesting an RMA. Do not do anything untill you receive a control number and specific instructions.

 

GIFT LINE: We offer a thirty (30) day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. This is thirty (30) days from the date posted on the shipper's website. An RMA is required for all returned items.

JEWELRY: Jewelry that has not had its security tags removed and has not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way may be returned up to seven (7) days from the time of receipt for full refund or exchange (S&H and special services are not refundable. An RMA is required for all returned items.

FOOD: (Gift Baskets) If damage does occur during shipment please file a claim with the shipper. E-mail us immediately and give us the claim number assigned to you and a brief discription of the damage. We will issue a store credit or promptly replace the order, whichever you prefer. An RMA is required for all returned items.
