Q1.What PAYMENT METHODS do you accept?
A1.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and money orders. Personal checks must be verified before shipping

Q2.What is your method of SHIPPING?
A2.WE SHIP USING ALL MAJOR PARCEL CARRIERS: These include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Our standard carrier is UPS. We usually ship UPS proiority mail.

Do You Ship To APO or MILITARY LOCATIONS: At this time we do not ship to APO or Military Locations.

OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS: Overnight shipments are usually sent through FedEx. Overnight shipments will be calculated based on the overnight couriers' fees. Please be aware that this can be highly expensive.

Please note: Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Q3.WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON MISDIRECTED SHIPMENTS?
A3.We are not responsible for misdirected shipments. All orders are shipped using the US Postal Service AIS Database. If the shipping address cannot be verified using the USPS AIS, no delivery guarantee applies and customer assumes and must pay S&H to receive the order. 

Q4. What is your policy on IMAGES ON THE SITE?
A4.  In order to capture as much detail a possible in our images, actual jewelry sizes may be different from the size they appear on the site due to extreme closeups of the images. We try to describe as accurately as possible the size, color and quality of each item. But, due to individual browser settings images may not be a true representation of size or color.

Q6. Do you have restrictions on the ORANIZATIONS THAT YOU SUPPORT?
A6. At this time all organizations that we will become involved with must be 503C licenced and non-profit.
